Young Researchers and Innovators
CPP4ALL prioritises early-career researchers, placing them at the centre of its activities. A dedicated mentoring scheme pairs early-stage researchers with experienced professionals, supporting professional development and leadership growth. Through training schools, Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs), and other COST instruments, YRIs gain access to skills, networks, and visibility that shape long-term careers. Leadership opportunities within the Action ensure that younger voices help define the research agenda, bringing fresh perspectives to cultural property protection and ensuring the next generation is equipped to address the field’s evolving challenges.
