Illegal archaeological excavations: a technological challenge

Working Group 2 aims to address technological challenges in detecting and preventing illegal archaeological excavations by reviewing current solutions, exploring limitations, and enhancing best practices. The WG fosters discussion, organises workshops, and develops strategies for gradually integrating advanced technologies into CPP standards.
