Working Group 1 aims to bridge gaps between international conventions, EU regulations, and national antiquities laws, aiming to harmonise frameworks for cultural heritage protection. WG1 analyses legal structures, identifies best practices, and recommens solutions for better enforcement and coherence across borders.
