The first workshop of working group 1 will be held on 14 May in Warsaw, Poland.
This workshop contributes to the work of WG1 on methodology and comparative law analysis within COST Action CA24119. Building on the adoption of the Common Core methodology of comparative law, it will advance a comparative legal and policy agenda through the development of case-based scenarios and the analysis of how legal systems respond in practice to shared challenges in the protection of cultural heritage.
Action members are warmly invited to submit your proposals (abstracts of up to 250 words) for this event, which will help shape our work in the coming months. All participants in the Action are encouraged to submit abstracts, irrespective of their affiliation with WG1.
