CPP4ALL is pleased to announce out mentorship programme for Young Researchers.

The rationale for the mentorship scheme

• Providing a structured, light-touch and supportive mentorship for YRIs within #CPP4ALL
• Provided by volunteer senior colleagues
• Strengthening intergenerational exchange and capacity building
• Support early-career professional development and career planning
• Foster sustainable professional networks within and beyond the COST Action
• Increase the visibility & participation of early-career participants

Structure:

• 1-to-1 mentoring (optional peer mentoring clusters) – do what works for you!
• 3-5 meetings a year
• Mentoring is advisory and supportive (important: it is non-supervisory, non-evaluative)
• Thematic mentoring pairing
